Help Center › Your Digital Card
Overview
Your digital card is the profile that others see when they open your link, scan your QR code, or tap your NFC card. You edit it from the Edit page, which has tabs for content, design, and tools. This guide covers the main editing flow.
How to Access
For teams and companies, the flow is similar: go to Teams or Organization, select an entity, then open its edit page.
Edit Page Tabs
The Edit page has several tabs. Which tabs you see depends on your account type and permissions:
- Contents — Basic info, contact details, and profile links. Always visible.
- Design — Template selection, visual builder, or pure HTML editor. Shown when you have design permissions.
- Settings — NFC card linking (profiles only). Always visible for profiles.
- QR Code — QR code design and customisation. Design tools only.
- Wallet — Wallet pass creation. Design tools only.
- Business Cards — Print card design. Design tools only.
Contents Tab
The Contents tab lets you edit:
- Profile fields — First name, last name, job title, headline, email, phone, website, address.
- Images — Profile photo and header/banner image. Click to upload or paste.
- Profile links — Social and website links. Drag to reorder. Add links with title, URL, and optional icon.
Some fields may be inherited from your team or company. Inherited fields show "Inherited from [source]" and may be read-only. Your profile must be assigned to a team to use that team's shared details (logo, contact info, department name) in templates. Permissions control who can edit what (profile, team, or organization level).
Design Tab
The Design tab controls how your digital card looks:
If you choose Visual Builder, you can open the template builder to add and arrange sections. If you choose Pure HTML, you open the code editor to write HTML and CSS.
Settings Tab (Profiles Only)
The Settings tab is for linking an NFC card to your profile. See the Cards and Ordering guide for details.
Live Preview
The Edit page includes a live preview panel. Changes to content, design, or template selection update the preview so you can see how your card will look before saving.
Saving
Click Save to save your changes. The page tracks whether you have unsaved changes and will prompt you if you try to leave.
