Help Center › Sharing Your Contact

Overview

You can share your digital business card in several ways: via a link, QR code, vCard download, wallet pass, or NFC tap. Each method leads to the same profile, so recipients see your up-to-date contact details.

Your profile has a unique URL. You can copy it and share it in emails, messages, or on your website.

How to get your link:

  • From the profile hub or edit page, look for the "Copy link" or share option.
  • The link uses your profile's sharing identifier (e.g. ?id=xxx or a short custom URL).
  • The domain may be your company's custom domain, your reseller's domain, or the main platform. See Custom Domains for how to use your own domain for branding.

How to share: Paste the link anywhere. Recipients click it to open your profile in their browser.

QR Code

A QR code encodes your profile link. When someone scans it with their phone camera, they open your profile.

How to create: From the profile hub, click QR Code (or go to the QR Code tab on the Edit page). Design your QR code, then download it as PNG, SVG, or JPEG. Use it on business cards, flyers, or screens.

See QR Templates for full customisation options (dots, corners, logo, colours).

vCard Download

A vCard (.vcf) file lets recipients save your contact to their phone or address book with one tap.

How it works: Your profile page includes an "Add to Contacts" or "Download vCard" button. Recipients click it to download a .vcf file. Their device then offers to add the contact. The vCard uses a hierarchical fallback: profile data first, then team, then company, so shared fields (e.g. company logo) are included when profile-specific data is missing.

See vCard Download for more detail.

Wallet Pass

You can create a digital wallet pass (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet) that opens your profile when tapped.

How to create: From the profile hub, click Wallet (or the Wallet tab). Enter your details, add branding, and generate the pass. Share the pass file or link; recipients add it to their wallet.

See Wallet Templates for the full guide.

NFC Tap

If you have an NFC card linked to your profile, anyone can tap the card with their phone to open your profile. No app needed.

How it works: You order an NFC card, receive it, then link it to a profile via the NFC linking flow. Once linked, tapping the card opens your profile. The card stores a URL that points to your profile.

See NFC Tap and Cards and Ordering for linking and ordering.
